Who is to be blamed?

Here in Europe, the summer is experienced as the scotching sun coming down to earth and situated just right above our heads. In some years, the summer gets so hot that most whites do not even need to sun bathe in order to get tanned.

Somewhere in Munich, a couple lived in a three storey building just by the main road. Their bedroom was located in the house in such a way that from the window, you could see the main road and its busy nature. The windows which are made of glass with wooden edges are long and wide in such a way that a grown up person can pass through comfortably. And the bed of this couple is just directly beneath the window, so in most cases, instead of using artificial ventilation, they prefer opening the window for natural ventilation (hmm! I envy that).

Their position in bed when they sleep is such that, the man is nearer to the window than the woman who is by the side of the bed facing the door. That is to say, the window and the door are fixed on opposite walls which are directly opposite each other in the room and usually, if there would be no 'marriage rites' activity that night, they sleep parallel to each other facing one direction (which is usually the door direction). For the past 10 years, they have been sleeping with one style, using almost the same style when performing their marriage rites and in fact, they are so religious in anything they do in that room, hence their perfection in knowing each other to the point that even when unconscious, they can detect the nature of the environment they are and how the present situation of the room is. Was this so perfect? Not really!, It backfired one day. what happened?

One night, the couple as usual were asleep. The man been so tired of the days job in which he came back home very late while the woman too had been at home but was very busy especially all through the evening. So both were sleeping deeply but even with this, they were still quite sensitive. All of a sudden, the woman started feeling a sensual touch which is typically not her husbands. It continued and she loved it so much. The person really caressed her, all over her body, raising all hormonal functions within her and lifting her sexual appetite. It was so glorious and she felt she was somewhere not on earth. As she was increasing in her sexual arousal, she sighed and unconsciously spoke "I have warned you before, Please you have to stop and go home because my husband suppose to be at home by now. And he posseses a double barrel". On hearing this (still quite unconscious and partially sleepy) her husband got up and jumped out straight through the window breaking his spine which got him paralyzed for the rest of his life. And in reality there was no other person with them.

Now, the million dollar question is, who is at fault and why?
